MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING-2 day workshop

RTS provides affordable support for Maintenance Managers, Engineers, Planners, Supervisors and Trades people anywhere in Australia or SE Asia. In 2010 RTS is presenting again this popular 2-day workshop specifically targeting those whose job it is to organise and plan maintenance work for others.

Objective: To train the participants in the latest techniques of planning and scheduling maintenance work. The lectures and workshop exercises will take participants in detail through planning activities ranging from shutdowns to organising day-to-day work packages. Hands-on workshop activities will cover the use of project management tools such as Gantt charts, CPM and PERT as well as hands-on practice in scheduling techniques designed to optimise the use of available resources.
