"Reliability Training Solutions" or RTS has been operated since November 2001 by Jan van Kruijsbergen.

Jan has more than 20 years experience in industry and education as engineer, manager, industrial trainer and consultant.

The objectives of RTS are:

  • To facilitate the implementation of World's Best Practice in Reliability Management and Proactive Maintenance Practice in Australian industries.

  • To promote a culture of Continuous Improvement and Sustainability in Australian industry

  • To achieve ongoing business and productivity improvements for clients through training and skill development

Jan has worked extensively across Australia and South East Asia as a Maintenance Consultant and Industrial Trainer, actively promoting the role and importance of the maintenance function in today's commercial environment.

Professional activities have included:

  • Auditing companies for maintenance effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Carrying out Training Needs Analyses.

  • Assisting companies with the introduction of modern maintenance management techniques and planning practices.

  • Developing and implementing maintenance improvement and training programs in a wide variety of industries. (See also attached client list).

  • Training and instructing managers, engineers, planners, trades people and operators in the use of relevant techniques and methodologies.
